Caringbah Markets Fees

Fees are for space only (GAZEBOS and TABLES NOT SUPPLIED)
You will need to bring your own tables or trestles, chairs and covers (please note that all Gazebos must fit within the site size that you book)

General Bookings - There are 3 types of sites available:

Stall size and costs

1. 2.5 m frontage x 5m deep ($50.00)
2. Gazebo Site 3m x 3m (MUST erect a Gazebo) ($60.00)
3. Site 3m x 3m ($60.00)
​Stallholders without their own Insurance will be allocated as a Casual Booking to Insured sites with an extra $15.  Find out more .....

Please note:  Gazebos must fit within site size. Please choose the site size that your Gazebo will fully fit in

Food Stall Bookings.  All sites are 3m x 3m Gazebo sites - $60.00

Power for Gazebo Food sites is an extra $10.00
ALL FOOD STALLS MUST BE IN THE FOOD COURT AREA AND COMPLY WITH THE NSW FOOD AUTHORITY REGULATIONS AND HAVE THEIR OWN PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE OF $10,000,000

Insurance

All stallholders at Caringbah Community Markets are required to have $10,000,000 Public Liability Insurance.  If you don't have this insurance you can book a "casual" site that includes the insurance.  Please see full details on our Insurance page.

Fixed Term Bookings

Fixed term sites are available.  Discounts are offered on 6-month bookings.

Prime sites are in high demand.  We cannot guarantee your site without payment
