Caringbah Markets Food Requirements
The Management of Caringbah Markets have been advised by the NSW Food Authority that any person or business selling or providing samples of food at any markets in NSW must be registered with the Authority.
NSW Food Authority Notification is free of charge if applied for online. This can be done at the following website:

As part of the NSW Food Authority regulations our market must advise the Authority of any person or business selling or distributing food products at the market and as part of the process, we must advise them of the following information prior to the markets being held. No Stall holder will be allowed to sell or distribute food without notification of the below to the Caringbah Markets at least 3 working days prior to the market.
