The Management of Caringbah Markets have been advised by the NSW Food Authority that any person or business selling or providing samples of food at any markets in NSW must be registered with the Authority.

As part of the NSW Food Authority regulations our market must advise the Authority of any person or business selling or distributing food products at the market and as part of the process we must advise them of the following information prior to the markets being held. No Stall holder will be allowed to sell or distribute food without notification of the below to the Caringbah Markets at least 3 working days prior to the market.
Market days will be held on the advertised dates irrespective of the weather conditions
Please note that unless this form is completed and returned to the Caringbah Markets with your Insurance Certificate of Currency by the Wednesday prior to the markets then you will not be allowed to attend the market
