1. Stallholder Application Information

​Applying to become a stallholder:

• All stall holders (casual and permanent) need firstly to apply to be a stallholder on the SiteTrak  software (market booking software program that we use).  (This is only done once).
• Click here to complete and submit the application: Stall Holder Application. 
• ​Your application needs to be approved before you can book and pay for a site.  This usually occurs within 24 hours.
• All stall holders book and pay for their site on SiteTrak using their credit/debit card before each market.
• If you are already registered as a stall holder, you can login to your SiteTrak account here: Registered Stall Holder Login.
• All stall holders need to keep their contact details and insurance information up to date on SiteTrak.

Pricing with your own insurance:
2.5m x 5m = $50
3m x 3m = $60
​​ ​Insurance:

• Stall holders are responsible for their own public liability insurance cover for $10m.
• You will need to attach a digital copy of your public liability insurance Certificate of Currency to your application.  
• Rotary Insurance does not cover stall holders.  New rules apply from 1st February 2025, click here to find out more

• In addition, stall holders should seek advice about the need for them to hold product liability insurance.​

Pricing with our insurance:
2.5m x 5m = $65
3m x 3m = $75

1. You will need an email address to make an application.
2. Unfortunately, at this stage, you can't save part way through an application, so sign in and scroll through all the questions, without entering any answers, to see what information you need to supply and organise to have that handy. You can close the link and sign in again later when you are ready.
3. All mandatory fields are marked with a red asterix (*) and you will be unable to submit if one or more of these are not completed.
4. You are required to accept our policies and procedures so please read them thoroughly before starting your application. They can be found on the Info for Stall Holders page.
5. Your application is complete when you hit "Send Application". 
6. You will be sent a notification when your application has been approved.
