Stallholder Application Information
- Stall holders are responsible for their own public liability insurance cover for $10m.
- Rotary Insurance does not cover stall holders.
- If you don't have a market public liability insurance policy, click here to find out the benefits and some options for you.
- In addition, stall holders should seek advice about the need for them to hold product liability insurance.

- Caringbah Rotary Community Markets uses SiteTrak for all our market bookings and payments.
- All stall holders (casual and permanent) need firstly to be registered on SiteTrak to be allocated a site. (This is only done once).
- If you wish to apply to become a stall holder at our market, complete and then submit the application: Stall Holder Application.
- You will need to attach a digital copy of your public liability insurance Certificate of Currency to your application.
- Your application needs to be approved before you can book and pay for a site. This usually occurs within 24 hours.
- All stall holders pay for their site on SiteTrak using their credit/debit card before each market.
- All stall holders need to keep their contact details and insurance information up to date on SiteTrak.

Before you start your application, please note the following: -
- You will need an email address to make an application.
- Unfortunately, at this stage, you can't save part way through an application, so sign in and scroll through all the questions, without entering any answers, to see what information you need to supply and organise to have that handy. You can close the link and sign in again later when you are ready.
- All mandatory fields are marked with a red asterix (*) and you will be unable to submit if one or more of these are not completed.
- You are required to accept our policies and procedures so please read them thoroughly before starting your application. They can be found on the Info for Stall Holders page.
- Your application is complete when you hit "Send Application".
- You will be sent a notification when your application has been approved.
